When using these music apps, you get to access a library of great songs, exercises, and lessons. Also, I have to say that I recommend them the least, as they are charging extra to access the good songs and that's a shame as they're every bit as expensive as the other apps without the benefits of the music Yousician and Simply Piano are equally functional for beginners. Learning without emotional connotation tends to fade into nothingness with time it's what moves your soul that lasts a lifetime Yousician is lacking in content, but otherwise is just as functional as Simply Piano. The base of any valid learning is meaningful relationships. Online-only music lessons deprive you of human contact. I'm defending music technology and online/self-guided learning. Disclaimer: I'm not defending Yousician and Simply Piano as I've never used either platform. Lessons are concise and easy to understand, and they show you. I'd recommend Flowkey as that waits for you to hit the right notes before progressing. By the time you get the notes down you've already memorized what you need to play, so you stop reading the notes. The autoscrolling notes feature moves way too fast for beginners to learn, even when slowed down. Tbh though in retrospect it kinda sucked.
